The condenser can only shed heat if air is moving through it. At road speed that happens on its own; in traffic it depends entirely on this fan, which is why the classic symptom of a failed one is air conditioning that cools on the move and goes warm at a standstill.
Before condemning the fan, check that it is being told to run. The pressure switch on the high side, the relay and the fuse all have to close before the motor sees power, and any of the three can be the fault.
The motor, blade and shroud are balanced together. Fitting a replacement blade to an old motor, or the reverse, usually produces vibration and a bearing that fails again quickly.
Check that the blade turns freely by hand once mounted and that nothing fouls the shroud. A blade rubbing the shroud draws extra current and cooks the motor.
Clear answers for importers, workshops, and distributors.

That is the classic condenser fan symptom — airflow at road speed, none at a standstill. Check the fan relay, fuse and high-pressure switch as well, since any of those will leave a good motor sitting still.
