Injection pump repair kit for the Mahindra Scorpio 2.49 NEF diesel — gaskets, shaft seal, O-rings, diaphragm, copper washers and internal wear parts to overhaul the pump. Export-packed and quoted within 24 hours.
An injection pump that weeps diesel at its joints, draws air or loses prime overnight usually has hardened seals rather than worn pumping elements. This kit holds the sealing and wear parts to strip and rebuild it: cover gaskets, the drive shaft seal, the full set of O-rings, the diaphragm, copper sealing washers and the small internal wear pieces.
It does not include the hydraulic head or the pumping elements. If the pump has internal wear or will not build pressure, a complete pump is the better route — tell us the symptoms and we will advise.
Injection pumps are rebuilt clean and on a bench, with the parts laid out in order and every seal lubricated in clean diesel before assembly. Note the position of any shims and the diaphragm orientation as the pump comes apart.
Prime and bleed the fuel system thoroughly after refitting, and check for leaks at operating temperature before returning the vehicle.
