Complete hydraulic power steering rack assembly for left-hand drive Mahindra Scorpio export markets. OEM part 1102AAA01500N — supplied with both tie rods and bellows fitted, fitment confirmed before dispatch.
1102AAA01500N is a hydraulic power steering rack. The valve housing at the pinion end and the two hydraulic pipes running along the rack body are visible in the photographs, and they are what distinguish it from an electrically assisted rack.
If your Scorpio has an electric power steering column, this is not the part you want, and no amount of adapting will make it one. Send us your VIN and we will confirm which system your vehicle left the factory with before you commit to an order.
This is the single most expensive mistake we see on steering rack orders. An LHD rack and an RHD rack are mirrored components: the pinion sits on the opposite side and the tie rod travel is handed accordingly. They are not interchangeable, and a rack ordered on the wrong handedness cannot be corrected at the workshop.
1102AAA01500N is the left-hand-drive assembly for export-market Scorpio and Goa vehicles. If your vehicle is right-hand drive, tell us and we will quote the correct number instead.
The rack ships as a complete assembly rather than a bare housing, which matters when you are pricing a job:
A complete rack is long, heavy and awkward, and it is the shipping cost rather than the part cost that surprises first-time importers. We brace the assembly so the tie rod ends carry no load in transit and quote sea, air, and express side by side so you can see the trade-off before choosing.
For workshops ordering several racks, consolidating into one shipment is usually materially cheaper per unit. Tell us your expected quantity and we will price it both ways.
Clear answers for importers, workshops, and distributors.
1102AAA01500N is a Mahindra OEM steering component for Scorpio LHD (LHD export markets). Steering Rack Assy LHD Hydraulic is supplied with fitment verification for export orders.
No. LHD and RHD racks are mirrored assemblies — the pinion is on the opposite side and the tie rod travel is handed to match. 1102AAA01500N is the left-hand-drive part. Tell us your vehicle's handedness and we will quote the correct number.
Hydraulic. The rack carries a valve body at the pinion end and hydraulic feed and return pipes. It will not work on a vehicle built with electric power steering assistance. Send your VIN and we will confirm which system you have.
Yes. The assembly ships with both inner tie rods, both outer tie rod ends, and both bellows fitted, so you are not sourcing those separately. Alignment is still required after fitting.
The assembly is braced inside a rigid carton so the tie rod ends carry no load in transit. We export by sea (FCL/LCL), air cargo, and express courier via DHL or FedEx to Europe, Australia, Africa, and South America, and quote the options side by side because freight on a rack is a real part of the landed cost.
