Genuine OEM engine ECU for the Mahindra Scorpio 2.2 and Xylo 2.2. Part 0315CM0031N — the engine management unit that meters fuel, injection timing and boost, export-packed and fitment-verified before dispatch.
An ECU is one of the most expensive parts on the vehicle and one of the least often actually at fault. Poor running, a no-start or a limp-home condition is far more commonly a sensor, a connector or a wiring fault than the unit itself.
Have the fault codes read and the sensor feeds checked first. If the ECU is genuinely dead — no communication with a diagnostic tool, no power at the main relay output, corrosion inside the connector — then it is the unit.
A replacement ECU normally has to be matched to the vehicle's immobiliser and key set before the engine will start. Budget for that step with your local Mahindra dealer or a diagnostic specialist at the same time as the part.
Send the number printed on your existing unit along with your VIN. ECU part numbers change by engine variant and emissions specification, and a unit that looks identical can carry different software.
Clear answers for importers, workshops, and distributors.
0315CM0031N is a Mahindra OEM electrical component for Scorpio & Xylo (Scorpio 2.2; Xylo 2.2). ECU Engine Management is supplied with fitment verification for export orders.
0315CM0031N — ECU Engine Management — is a shared part across Scorpio / Goa and Xylo / Quanto (Scorpio 2.2; Xylo 2.2). One part number covers all of them, so quote against the number rather than the model. Send your VIN and we will confirm fitment against Mahindra's catalogue before you order.
It is supplied as the genuine part. Most replacements still need coding to the vehicle's immobiliser and key set before the engine will start, which is done with a diagnostic tool once the unit is fitted.
It is listed for the Scorpio 2.2 and the Xylo 2.2. Send your VIN and the number printed on your existing unit — ECU numbers change with engine variant and emissions specification, so we confirm against Mahindra's catalogue before quoting.
